Morning Topics of Instruction: Introducing yourself and others, handshaking, eye contact, extending and accepting invitations, thank- you notes, respect for authority, please and thank-you, table manners, restaurant behavior, giving and receiving complements, rules of deference, being humble, the qualities of a leader, telephone etiquette, the art of listening, oral presentation skills, poise and posture.
Daily lunch tutorials: Full service, themed dining tutorials. Featuring; formal, informal, American and Continental styles of dining. the art of eating difficult food, table manners, silverware savvy, dining do’s and don’ts, silent service code, napkin placement and proper seating, dining posture and conversation. Plus Hawaiian luau Monday’s!
Afternoon Topics of Instruction: Fundamentals of ballroom dancing, image awareness, good looks mean good grooming, leaders give back, money management, a wellness program and “kids in the kitchen” where kids take a “healthy” cooking class with Spindletop’s Executive Cooking Team!
Friday Afternoon Graduation Luncheon and Dining Tutorial, parents, grandparents and friends are invited to attend. If parents and other guests wish to dine there will be an additional fee for the meal and the dining tutorial. However, all may attend the graduation ceremony following the meal at no additional charge.
